Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

To start a return, please contact us at Lonelyheartgreetings@gmail.com with your order number. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
